Tamyra Patterson Named TCCAA Player of the Week

Jackson, TN – Jackson State Community College freshman guard Tamyra Patterson has been named the Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA) Region 7 Women's Basketball Player of the Week after an outstanding performance on the court.

Patterson set a new career high with 31 points in a crucial matchup against a conference rival, helping propel Lady Green Jays to two key victories as postseason play approaches. Her leadership and scoring ability have been instrumental in the team's success.

"Tamyra continues to elevate her game at the right time," said Coach Lester. "Her ability to score, lead, and compete at a high level has been a difference-maker for us."
